Every Service We Perform, With Posted Prices

The short answer

OCRV Empire performs collision, paint, structural, fiberglass, roof, slide, interior, electrical, chassis, and fleet body work on RVs, camper vans, trailers, trucks, and municipal fleets. All work is done in shop in Yorba Linda for customers across Southern California.

Materials are calculated automatically on every estimate. Paint supplies run $55 per paint hour, body supplies $5 per body hour, and a $45 flat hazmat charge applies when chemicals, refrigerant, or LP is involved. Full price and rate detail.

Location: All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. We do not offer mobile, roadside, or fleet route service.

Collision and Structural

Collision and structural repair covers impact damage, frame and chassis straightening, fiberglass cap and sidewall work, delamination, aluminum skin replacement, and water-damaged substructure. Work runs from $750 to $150,000 and up depending on how far the damage travels past the point of impact.

Electrical and Systems

Electrical and systems covers 12V and shore power, batteries, inverters, generators, solar, LP gas, furnaces, water heaters, air conditioning, refrigerators, and the full fresh and waste water system. Mechanical and electrical labor is $260 per hour, diagnostics $285 per hour with a one hour minimum, refundable against an authorized repair.

Glass, Doors and Openings

Glass and openings covers RV windshield replacement, window reseal and replacement, entry and compartment doors, sliding and barn doors on vans, and cargo and ramp doors on trailers. Work runs $200 for a compartment door to $7,500 for a two-piece Class A windshield.

Inspection and Maintenance

In-shop pre-purchase inspection, annual maintenance service, winterization and de-winterization, and pre-trip body and structural inspection. All inspections are performed at the Yorba Linda facility and produce a written report. Pricing runs $250 to $2,500 depending on unit size and scope.
